Refund Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@boujeelife.ae. Returns must be sent to the designated return address
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, you will need to process a return first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
Return Policy (UAE Only)
We currently accept returns and exchanges only within the UAE. International returns are not available at this time.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
For UAE-based returns
1) Contact us at contact@boujeelife.ae with your order details.
2) Once approved, a courier will be arranged for your return.
3) Upon inspection, a refund or exchange will be processed. A 30 AED fee will be applied to cover additional delivery costs for exchanges or returns.

The refund processing time:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
- Bank Transfers: May take 5-14 business days depending on the bank.
- Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer, processed within 5-7 business days (option currently not available).
